Kami peserta pertemuan rapat kerja jaminan kesehatan tingkat Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah Tahun 2012 setelah mengikuti dan mendengarkan sambutan bapak gubernur yang dibacakan oleh oleh Asisten I Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, paparan dari narasumber pusat dan daerah pada hari ini Jum'at, 30 November 2012 menyepakati beberapa rekomendasi sebagai berikut: Kemiskinan wajib ditanggulangi secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan. Data kemiskinan mengacu pada data dari TNP2K Faktor utama penyebab kemiskinan yang berhubungan dengan masalah kesehatan perlu diketahui untuk menetapkan langkah penanggulangan sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi kesehatan. Jaminan kesehatan adalah salah satu program untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan.
